No. Due to the numerous different tire sizes, we are not able to accommodate all vehicles.
According to state laws, we can only transport as many people as we have available seatbelts for, which is normally two in our trucks.
No. We do not carry the tools required to change a wheel on the side of the road. However, we’re happy to tow you to a shop that can provide this service.
Yes. We can accommodate towing on a the flatbed of our trucks or by towing your boat on its trailer.
Yes. We carry the required straps and tie downs to accommodate this and our drivers are specially trained to tow motorcycles safely.
We offer flatbeds, wheel lifts and car dollies to accommodate any situation. Our dispatcher will ask a series of questions to decipher what truck needs to be dispatched based upon your needs.
All fees are due at the time of service unless the vehicle is towed to a repair shop that we have an account with, or a previous arrangement has been made with the repair facility of your choice.
This is true for several reasons… 1) There is no money required out of pocket at the time of the tow. 2) We provide a secure lot for your vehicle. 3) Many cities have ordinances against parking a wrecked vehicle in your driveway.
